Private House, Invercreran
When the present owners moved into this unusual house, they were stumped as to how to rearrange the rooms so that their sitting room wasn't on the fourth floor - a long way to carry a tea tray!
Jane solved the problem by making the fourth floor a music room and library for the owner's use, whilst moving the sitting room into the old dining room on the ground floor and the dining room into the ample hall.
The sitting room was then extended with a "summer room", leading onto decking and their beautiful garden. The colours were chosen to complement their existing collection of artwork and antique carpets.
